Edmonds Underwater Park!
Dive near the Kingston Ferry Terminal to see sunken wrecks, an abandoned dry dock, cabezon, ling cod, nudibranchs, and more

Site Description

Edmonds Underwater Park is several acres of man-made reef structures and sunken vessels. A series of fixed guide ropes and concrete blocks create "streets" to help you find your way around. Because it is an underwater preserve, and no hunting, fishing or catching of creatures is allowed, you will find a stunning array of marine life including lingcod, cabezon, greenlings, rockfish, crabs, sea cucumbers, anemone, sea stars, nudibranchs, and shrimp.
Entry is trivial: choose what you want to see (cathedrals, sunken tug boat), line yourself up with the appropriate buoy and walk or swim to the marker (depending on the tide). Descend at the marker, find your guide rope and go.

A map of the underwater park is posted on the restroom building (as of this writing, it was outdated, but still useful).
