Apeks TX/ATX/XTX 2nd Stages Recalled

Apeks is recalling TX/ATX/XTX 2nd Stages. In some instances, the regulator is missing the diaphragm cover. Without the cover, the diaphragm can become displaced, allowing water to enter the second stage case. To date, no one has been injured as a result of a missing Apeks diaphragm cover.

Please bring in any Apeks TX, ATX, or XTX second stages, which have never received a prescribed annual service, to the store so that we may make any appropriate repairs.
